As an expert in digital imaging, Michael has been a featured speaker at prestigious photo events in the US and Australia, most recently teaching 4K Cinemagraph creation at the Palm Springs Photo Festival and the Digital Signage Expo. He wrote the guide that shipped with Adobe Lightroom 1.0; Created the first conference about DSLR Video; and co-wrote a textbook for collegiate photo departments that was published in 9 countries and in 7 languages. His fine art is represented in Los Angeles by the Gloria Delson Contemporary Arts Gallery where his solo exhibit “In Flux” showcased surreal cityscapes of Downtown LA that were hung geographically based on GPS coordinates. He is honored to be one of the Sony Artisans of Imagery.
